Dear Prospective Student,
Thank you for your interest in the UNC Charlotte’s Certified Financial Planner ™ Board-Registered Program. Whether you are seeking to enhance your current career, or searching for a complete career change, our Financial Planner Program provides the knowledge and specific skills that will contribute to your future in financial planning.
Once students successfully complete our Program, they will have satisfied the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CFP® Certification Examination, which is administered by the CFP Board three times a year in March, July and November.
Our next Financial Planner Program session will begin September 13, 2007. Registration is available now and seating is limited, so register today.

Program Recommendations
To be successful in this program, it is recommended that applicants:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or University
- Have a minimum of two years of experience in a financial field
Classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Final Exams are administered on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Case Study Classes will be held on 3 consecutive Saturdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a working lunch.
Class will not be held on the following days:

January 1, January 3, March 25, 2008, March 27, 2008.
